Decarbonizing the future: Understanding carbon capture, utilization, and storage methods

Carbon capture refers to the removal of carbon dioxide from atmosphere, or directly at source its emissions. The latter employs chemical engineering design systems for industries. Aqueous amine scrubbing makes use based solvents flue gas streams. carbon, once captured, is compressed and redirected either reutilisation storage. In enhanced oil recovery, CO2 injected into reservoirs increase their extraction. storage methods work remove aid mitigation against emissions industry, thereby reducing contribution global warming ocean acidification. This paper aims provide readers with an understanding technologies involved in above processes.
